Companies, whether they are in the private or public sector, all around the world depend on their employees to achieve maximum productivity, which ultimately leads to organizational efficiency. This study examined the effect of job satisfaction indicators on employee performance among Mabuhay Accommodations. A quantitative approach was utilized in this study, emphasizing inferential statistics, specifically regression analysis that involved random sampling of 40 employees from different Mabuhay Accommodations establishments in Ozamiz City. A research instrument titled “Job Satisfaction Indicators: Its Effect Toward Employee Performance among Ozamiz City’s Mabuhay Accommodations was utilized in this study. The outcome of the analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction factors and the performance of employees from Ozamiz City’s Mabuhay Accommodations. This research study also affirmed that the establishments included in the study exhibited a notable level of satisfaction and performance among their employees. Furthermore, the study reveals that none of the factors examined in this research can be considered predictors of employee performance, nor do they have a significant impact on employee performance.
Furthermore, organizations must emphasize the importance of nurturing a supportive workplace that places employee well-being at the forefront and cultivates a positive atmosphere. By promoting a healthy work environment, establishments can greatly enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance. Moreover, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of observations and findings regarding the relationships among the factors being studied, future researchers are encouraged to broaden the pool of participants. It is also recommended for future researchers to incorporate a comprehensive list of factors that have been mentioned in relevant literature but have not been evaluated in this particular study. - Keywords
