This study evaluated the effectiveness of Inquiry-Based Instruction (IBI) in enhancing college students’ science performance and scientific inquiry skills using a one-group pretest-posttest design, revealing statistically significant improvements in both areas after the intervention. The findings highlight the potential of IBI to foster deeper conceptual understanding and engagement, supporting its broader application in science education to promote meaningful, skill-based learning.
