Workplace communication skills are essential for graduate employability, and programs that develop English proficiency can play a critical role in bridging this gap. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Job Enabling English Proficiency (JEEP) Program in enhancing students’ English and workplace communication skills. It examined the impact of the program on students’ English proficiency and communication abilities in professional settings. A total of 310 JEEP graduates were selected through stratified random sampling. Using a quantitative, descriptive-correlational design, data were gathered via validated Likert-scale questionnaires assessing JEEP participation, English proficiency, and communication skills. Data were analyzed using Jamovi 2.4.8, applying mean and standard deviation, Pearson correlation, and mediation analysis (via PROCESS in SPSS or structural equation modeling in Jamovi/AMOS). Findings showed that students JEEP experience and English proficiency are Very Good, especially in interactive learning and communication. Listening and speaking were strengths, while job-specific English remained a challenge. All program components showed high engagement. Mediation analysis confirmed that English proficiency significantly linked JEEP participation to workplace communication skills. In conclusion, the JEEP Program effectively enhances students’ English and workplace communication skills. Strengthening job-specific English training is recommended to better equip students for professional settings.
